How Energy Healing Works

The session begins with a conversation to explore your current situation and intentions. During the treatment, you rest peacefully on a treatment bed under a warm blanket while I use gentle, nurturing touch to cleanse and balance your energy field.

At the end, we share experiences and any intuitive guidance or messages that arise, supporting your path forward.
