Energy healing is a gentle, deep treatment that helps to balance the energy centers of your body and mind. The treatment includes strengthening and balancing the chakras, clearing old and heavy energies, and increasing vitality. Energy healing supports you holistically, helping to release stress, emotional blocks, and exhaustion.
The treatment helps to restore you to your natural balance and helps you feel lighter and more energetic. Each energy healing session is unique and always done for the highest good of the client.

At the beginning, we will discuss your situation and wishes, and at the end of the energy therapy, we will share experiences and any intuitive messages that can help you move forward.

During the treatment, you will rest peacefully under a warm blanket on a treatment bed. I will use gentle, nurturing touch, gently cleansing and balancing your energy field.
